Whitelists and Blacklists are used for exceptions on email content checks, for exceptions on attachments check out "attachment filters".
Admin > Content Analysis > Whitelists & Blacklists > Blacklists
From address: sender address, domain or ip address.
To address: recipient address, domain or enter the word default for a blacklist applied to all recipients.
Check only envelope: the check will be performed only on the envelope addresses (header addresses are ignored)
